The most recently adopted paintings...

just got delivered today! Thanks Alison for commissioning these underwater paintings. I had so much fun painting them and researching sea creatures that live around Florida. They are titled The Sea Beside Florida (1,2,3,4). The one at the top is a before pic, and below it is the finished painting. The next three are in progress images. I will have to post the finished ones of those another day. There is also a detail pic of the seahorses from the first largest painting. All of them are done in India ink on gessoed wood panel. The largest one is 24x36", then there is the turtle one which is 12x24", and the last two are both 9x12". These are the largest India Ink paintings I have done so far, and they were a great challenge as well as a joy to complete.
I am totally up for more commissions, so if you have something in mind that you think would work in India Ink with my style, contact  me and we can discuss it further.
